Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and insured.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
